1. Returns and Refunds Return: Most new, unopened items can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. If the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item), we'll cover return shipping. Refund: Expect your refund within four weeks after returning the package. This includes transit (5 - 10 business days), our processing (3 - 5 business days), and your bank's processing (5 - 10 business days). Usually, it's quicker. Process: Log in to your account, go to "Complete Orders" in My Account, view the order, and click Return Item(s). We'll email you when we've received and processed the return. 2. Shipping Scope: We ship almost anywhere globally, but some products have restrictions and can't go international. Estimates: When you order, we'll give shipping and delivery estimates based on item availability and your chosen shipping option. Estimates may show on the shipping quotes page. Rates: Many items' shipping rates are weight - based. Check the item's detail page for weight. We round up weights to the next full pound as per shipping company policies. 3. Crystal Safety Some natural crystals may have sharp parts. Please handle them carefully to prevent injury. We can't be responsible for injuries from improper handling.Why do we use it?
